Outstanding balance: 30 days before check-in (bank transfer) or cash at check-in (no POS)

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund within 30 days from check-in

Check in saturday afternoon, from 16:00 to 18:00
Check out saturday morning, whithin 9:00

Podere Verdi Colline is a private property rented with “rental agreement for tourist purposes”: we don’t offer any service like food/drink supply, reception, shuttle service, entertainment activities, midweek linen change/cleaning services (houses are rented ready and linen equipped).
