Podere Verdi Colline is made up of three separate accomodations:
Casa nel Borgo, Villetta del Noce and Casina Gelsomino.
Every house has a reserved entrance and a garden and/or patio.
They are all tastefully and welcoming furnished with typical Tuscan-style interiors, using, if possible, original and recyclable materials, or anyway local materials like wood, wrought iron, stone.
CASA NEL BORGO
It was our grandparents’ home.
It consists of: kitchen whith fireplace and wood stove, living room, two double rooms, one single room, one bathroom.
There’s also a lovely panoramic courtyard in the alley, and a wonderful terraced garden on the opposite side of he house, overlooking the big garden and the pool.
VILLETTA DEL NOCE
It’s a smart cottage originates from renovation of ancient rural buildings (stables and “seccatoio”)
It consists of: kitchen, dining room, living room, one triple room, one panoramic double room (on top of ancient “seccatoio”), one bathroom.
There’s also a big private garden, a beautiful panoramic terrace, and a courtyard overlooking the big garden and the pool.
CASINA GELSOMINO
It’s a charming little apartment situated on the ground floor of Casa nel Borgo, originally farm tools and apple harvest depot.
It consists of: kitchen, one double room, one bathroom (available baby cot)
There’s also a big courtyard overlooking the big garden and the pool.
